The Appendix contains reference information that supports the procedures and terminology used throughout the manual.

16.1 Glossary

Term	Description
SKU	A unique code used to identify a product in the system.
Barcode	A scannable code used to identify a physical product.
Batch	A group of products tracked under the same batch reference.
Expiration Date	The expiry date associated with a batch-controlled product.
Sales Kit	A predefined bundle consisting of multiple individual SKUs.
Inbound	The process of receiving goods into the warehouse.
Outbound	The process of preparing and dispatching customer orders.
Available Inventory	Inventory currently available for outbound allocation.
Committed Inventory	Inventory already reserved for existing orders.
CBM	Cubic metre, used to measure product or carton volume.
Tracking No.	A reference number used to track a shipment.
Ticket	A service request submitted through the Customer Portal.
